I already know that the girl I loved nearly 20 years ago wasn't who she tried to make herself seem - and while I would say, I got over her and my feelings - a part of her still lingers in my soul, because she was one of the few people I would say I really loved and gave myself up for. I will always remember her, because she taught me that I can only look at people's heads but not inside them. And I still cherish some of the memories with her, even though she nearly destroyed me and our relationship was more torture and pain than any other. I don't think it was meant like that you will forever love that person, but most people won't be able to completely forgot someone.
