This song and MV just scream Solar so hard. She slayed everything. Visuals, vocals, outfits, dancing and even the rap part. The whole album is amazing. Such a vibe. Solar is so fine, i mean literally hurts to look at her fine.

The white mask in the beginning, when she splits it in two, making a V shape, references the Korean beauty Standard in which a V shape face is the most beautiful feature, yet hers isn't, hence why she asks " am I attractive?" And then says that of course she is. This is, in a way, some social critique towards the Korean standards of beauty We see many different colors being used , reflecting different aspects/sides of her personality, I could be wrong but, what I get from this is, that it's her way of saying " hey I'm not only a belting vocalist" " I'm not this one facet idol you think I am ". Yellow being her youthful/playful side. Red being her seductive side. Green being her "grounded" down to earth side. Pink representing the "Glamorous" performer side ( with the sparkles and all ) The News Paper thing could be either the "modelesque" side, but I would lean more it being a representation of her fierce side, the no-half-assing things side of her, it's either black or white and the way her hair is cropped with the red lipstick being the only color accent, enforced that strict/fierce image. The All white being the representation of the perception people have from her. This is later enforced when she starts breaking the stuff and thus "revealing" her "true colors" (paint coming out ) The red crop t-shirt line references her solo debut Spit it out. That Winnie the Pooh reference with the "My friend Piglet" line , chef's kiss 🤣 So basically this song and MV is Solar saying " yeah I'm all that which you think of me, but I am also so much more than that"

All the songs in the album are fire. Big Booty is also my top pick tho Honey is an earworm. It's just so cool that her first written and composed song from years ago is a big band jazz track. She already performed it live in her 2018 solo concert with an actual live band. Amazing performance from Solar as always. There are fancams if you'd like to check it out.

When I first heard it I liked it, but figured it wouldn't be my fave from the album. It isn't, but that's ONLY because I like "Raw" and "Chap Chap" so much. I thought I'd be a bit disappointed if I didn't get a vocal flex power ballad on this, but I'm not at all..! And even though the genres are quite diverse on the album I think they go together because of one simple thing: they make you feel happy. Anyway, it was fun watching your reaction ✌🍯💐.

Tomorrow, Suran is coming back with a song called "Diamonds" featuring Taeyong from NCT. If you don't know Suran, she has an amazing voice! I would love for you to check it out.
