Welcome, SOS mode don't work, no need to use this SOS button in this lamp.

Power Troubleshooting: FIRST push the right end button on the light unit. The remote will NOT turn it on. I found out the hard way as the instructions does NOT say to first push the button on the unit. Then with the remote, you can work all the functions. Poor Instructions by the foreign manufacture.
