i have had nothing but problems with mine first the dongle wouldnt work sent back and they replaced now im getting error 8 and in process of sending back as its 8 months old the dongle plugs in to com port pain in ass to get working still not working

Are you still happy with the PowMr inverter? I've ordered the 48v 6.5kw model to replace a smaller MPP Solar inverter. I hope the fans are quieter than the MPP. Have you tried the wifi app?

​@@onasier Yes, received the 6.5kw, 230v version. The inverter and charger actually works pretty well. The fans only run with loads over about 500w and then they begin to ramp up speed with higher loads. The MPPT works well. However... PowMr have stopped selling this model due to several firmware and hardware issues. The main reason this model was pulled, was because the inverter does not work reliably with no battery! I.e in batteryless operation. The other annoying flaw, is the menu system has silly errors such as the up/down buttons working one way for the display and then reversed when you go into menu settings. That said, ive been using this model, with a 48v Lifepo4 battery, with no major issues, for a few months - I won't be keeping it though. I think you are better off spending a little more and getting better quality brand..

I just ordered a 3kw 24v battery 120v output going into my motohome i was going to out 3 570watt panel on my roof but there output is only 42.5v so in series 127v i hope its enough volta for it since its operating voltage is 120-450v

im using one of these units set up is 20 x 250w panels in series 8x200mah and 8 x310mah lipos had nothing but trouble with the dam dongle they sent me a new one but still to this day havnt got it working unit is 8 months old and yes its quiet now im getting error 8 and 3 sending it back to sydney for repairs im sort of happy with it but a pig to set up hope this helps
