solar panel loom solar 0.5KW off grid solar setup/ UTL inverter and UTL battery

sir Recently I Purchased UTL Gamma Plus rMPPT Solar Hybrid Inverter 1000VA- 12 Volt from Amazon. After unboxing i connected the Exide 100ah battery and provided the main grid supply . Even after 24hrs i noticed charging was still going on without a cut-off with battery voltage of 14.1 volts. Also noticed Battery was completely heated up. Later I turned off the main supply manually. Kindly assist me with what's the issue

Suggestion Use petroleum jelly for terminals Use RCCB for better protection.

7:00 தவறான,Inverter wiring method. Electricians ஏன் இந்த மாதிரி செய்கிறார்கள் என்று புரியவில்லை. வீட்டில் இருப்பவர்கள் அனைவருக்கும் மின் இணைப்பு பற்றி தெரிந்து இருக்க வேண்டும் என்று கருதக்கூடாது. Phase in out தெரியாமல் output wire ஐ முதலில் கழற்றினால்(Inverter problem எனில் Mains க்கு மாற்றும் போது) மின் தாக்குதலுக்கு ஆளாகலாம். Mains Socket அதன் On Off Switch, அடுத்து ஒரு 2 way Switch அதில் Mains Phase Top point,Output to Load Center point,Inverter output Phase bottom point Connection கொடுத்து விட்டு அந்த Phase wire ன் மறு end ஐ ஒரு(கண்டிப்பாக 3 pin top) ன் வலது பக்கம் (Phase) கொடுத்து அதை Inverter unit ன் out put ல் பொருத்தி விடவேண்டும். Inverter பிரச்சனை எனில் Technician வரும் வரை 2 way switch மாற்றி விட்டால் Mains ல் மின்சாரம் பெறலாம். நீங்கள் Solar Inverter பொருத்தும் போதும் Inverter output ம் ,Input to Load இரண்டுமே 3pin Top ,பாதுகாப்பு இல்லை. பழைய வீடுகளில் RCCB இல்லை, விபத்து நடந்தால்......

Without load it will show low ampere only.... Give load on inverter and check it.... Ampere will increase
