Will you go to Heaven when you die? Have you lied, stolen, used God's name in vain, or lusted (which Jesus said was adultery, Mt. 5:28)? If so, God sees you as a liar, thief, blasphemer, and adulterer at heart. If you die in your sins, you will end up in a terrible place called Hell. But there's good news. Though we broke God's Law, Jesus paid the fine by dying on the cross: "God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life" On. 3:16). Then Jesus rose from the dead and was seen by hundreds. He fulfilled all the prophecies of the promised Savior. Please, today, repent and trust Jesus, and God will forgive you and grant you the gift of eternal life (Eph. 2:8,9). Then, to show your gratitude, read the Bible daily and obey it,join a Christian church, and be baptized. Visit NeedGod.com and LivingWaters.com.

Solar enhanced vehicles are more likely to be a practical option for those who generally travel short distances intermittently. A great example of this type of vehicle is a solar enhanced golf cart - and, those are increasing in popularity every year. A solar enhanced Nissan Leaf, for example, would be a great option for someone who commutes to and from work or school no more than five to ten miles per day. Such an application could be nearly 100% self-sustainable by solar power, alone.
@5ch4cht3l74 жыл бұрын
It would work, but a stationary solar panel on your roof could still work better. You'd need a battery for the whole commute in the car anyways and excess energy created from your home could be used otherwise

Solar enhanced vehicles will become the norm as the price of solar becomes lower and the efficiencies increase. At millions of units per year, this becomes way less expensive and more efficient.

In the dead of winter, the battery heater needs to run, and when it's not plugged in, that results in noticeable phantom drain.
@truth65652 жыл бұрын
The genius of Lightyear 1, Mercedes EQX, Sonos Scion and Toyota Solar Prius is that you'd theoretically never need to plug into the grid during day to day driving. The avg person lives 20 miles or less from work and shopping centers. Meaning that they'll drive on avg 40 miles round trip. 60% of trips from home are under 6 miles. Assume the cars fully charged. Leave to work, consume 20 miles worth of battery charge, but gain back about 5 miles on the way from the sun, netting 15 miles consumed. Then, park the car in a sun lit lot for 8 hours while you work, and come back out to a full battery! Drive home, and park in the driveway. By morning, your battery is full again! You never had to plug in. This also works for shopping, you only have to park the car for 3 hours to gain back the energy you used in a 20 mile drive. Despite the "modest" figure of 6-7 miles charged per hour, its actually incredibly brilliant for day to day driving. Even for long distance road trips, it would still be a big help. Imagine a 300 mile road trip. Assume an avg speed of 65 mph, youll take 4 hours and 40 mins. If you gain 6-7 miles every hour of driving in the sun, that would be 7 x 4.66 = 32 miles worth of charge, making the trip consume only 268 miles, or 10% less. Thats pretty awesome if you ask me, saving 10% of battery, which will make arriving in the next city much less stressful as you look for a charger. Also - does it still charge off the sun while it charges from a plug I wonder?

Depending on where you live, the majority of your driving could be covered by solar panels on the roof. In the UK I think 80% of commutes are under 5 miles and that is most of people’s driving. Therefore solar panels could cover a significant range for most people. It’s not about being able to fully charge the battery in one day. It’s about providing enough charge for the range you’re actually doing. I personally will not buy an EV without a solar panel. Combined with a small external standalone solar panel (as shown earlier in the video) that could be placed almost anywhere I could see 95% of driving covered by the two. It would only be longer journeys that you would need to charge from other sources.

Why we need to get all the energy from the sun? Solar energy can be deemed as supplimentary power, as to add some milage , to deal with power consumption besides running such as air conditioning, and listen to music. And the most of all, in the ergent situation such as running all out of power in the way, the solar power can let you go further after a few hours of shinning sun. Thus get you to the next power station, and release you from milage panic. Another benefit is to save your battery to avoid being totally empty which will kill your battery simultaneously. As for me, I wish my car has solar system in it.

Lots of people drive to work, let their car sit there, and then drive back home or maybe hit the store adding a few miles - but that would be well with in that solar array. There is also the chance we will see a 50% solar panel soon by converting/upscaling IR light (that makes up 55% of the light that hits) into visualable light that can be also used soon. Granted, this video was 3 years ago, I am just adding that we're nearing a level that might actually work to add some value over all for the average user.

I was watching a review of some electric cars and was wondering that, thanks for answering. But I also wondered why they don't include wind turbines in the front fins where the radiator is in combustion cars, so this way they could generate electricity from the wind produced by the movement of the car. A combination of kinectic, wind and solar power could at least make it 20% of the battery per day, could it not?
@FalconFlurry3 жыл бұрын
I'd have to look in to the physics on that, but my first instinct would be that it wouldn't work that well. The energy to power the turbine has to come from somewhere, normally it comes from the blowing wind, but if the wind is being created by the car moving forward then your turbine is essentially being powered by drag. The more drag, the faster it spins, the more power you get. If there's no drag the turbine wouldn't spin at all. Because drag is seen as resistance by the car it would take additional energy to overcome that drag force and thus I think that possibly it would cost more energy than it would create. I definitely could be wrong, but that's my understanding anyway.
