Hello. Are you familiar with Raggie products? In the manual it starts from 1-36 then skips from 36 to 50 on the instructions. But on the device itself it stops at 36.

i Have techfine 11kw Inverter.. with similar manual..how can I set the Inverter only use Battery after the State of Charge of Battery is higher than 85% ?? if its lower than that keep charging it. ( i set the Charging is SNU ..solar and Utility )

Hie I have a Highbrid 12v sumry inverter and I have problem with charging I have just put a lithium 12v batree and a 450w panel It charged the whole day today but it's flicking code[04] fault and the batree has just dropped to 10.2v by 6pm from 12.9v and i don't know the problem I'm actually off grid 100% Pliz help

USB Comm port shows up in device manager with CH40 but, unable to see device in watchpower. I correctly match the comm ports and still watchpower does not find device.

Man i have a brand new 2kva 12v inverter but when i plug my refrigerator the fan start to run non stop and my tv show vertical lines due to this inverter do u have any idea?

my 5kva 48v hybrid inverter doesn't recognize nor charge with 24v solar panels connected in series parallel connection to get 48v

Check the minimum PV voltage of the inverter,if it's 120v you need that your 24v like 6 connected in series for the inverter to charge

@colcent_solar alright thank u, I Will check, what I did, I have 8 24v panels connected 2 panels in series to get 4 48v then connected the 4 48v in parallel to increase the charging current. I have 48v battery bank and 5kva 48v hybrid inverter that's why i did 48v solar panels connection.

Solar is not connected to it There is no light(grid)input Either case Check the solar and AC input breakers Or The inverter is faulty Contact your installer
