ho ho ho nice reality show ... lol I always lough about the people that watch this type of Television , and at least this subject of studio and music is interesting for me ... I like the Idea and I am waiting for more episodes to come :) I am not really into Rap/crank/and all this new type of genres that come around 2000's I am more of old school in this type of music ... and I wish to hear some technical info about the compound , equipment , room sizes ,etc. good luck though

You learn fast. Managing artist is a lot of baby sitting so you have to make sure you chose artist that you really believe in, that your risk your word on and who are defiantly pro active and work just as hard as you, are independent and hungry. And defiantly pull out them contracts no matter what even if its family. This is a cold game and you can't get back time.

Yes that is the right thing to do. Don't record, mix or do any other work until payment is agreed on. No time is free. Time is actually of the essence & extremely valuable. Keep working G & become invaluable.

Yo so tell me how you deal with Artist that have styles you don't like, and just rap about the same dumb crap! I also have young artist that don't understand the time it takes to put it all together, mixing & mastering.. I did about 3 songs with them and they think its just all free time.but its my time..I had to cut the strings fast on that ass, now i'm writing contacts for all artist that come in to record.. I will not mix out master anything till i'm paid for my time, or take it as is..
