Damn. Mamamoo is THIS GOOD! They are the extremes of the group vocal-wise, switching between that person who can hit the highest VS the lowest notes. It's definitely a challenge!. You wouldn't even notice that they are not singing their parts because they give justice to whatever line they are singing. I love how they're also constantly harmonizing with each other. It's a Mamamoo thing.

I always love the little textures Solar adds to Moonbyul’s songs when she does the vocal. Light vibratos and stuff. And obviously Moonbyul’s rap fit so perfectly for Solar’s song. But also her vocal’s matched the style as well since a lot of the lines are short and impactful and Moonbyul can have a pretty girlish tone depending on how high she allows herself to sing.

honey is low in the first part.. when solar sing by herself it sound breathy.. whilst byul tone is naturally base tone.. lower register in the first part of honey really suit her and when solar and byul harmonies together it sounds fuller, consist of lower and higher register..

@@JameseGray1991 yes, Solar the one of help, encourage and trained her ( ofcourse Moonbyul also have rapper mentor, if I'm not mistaken Moonbyul and Wendy were same rap mentor ) The reason why Solar taught Moonbyul because she has zero background in rapping techniques and skills how to developed her rap in many genres, moonbyul is really original Vocalist. Their Vocal mentor when they are trainee got shocked when Moonbyul said she is rapper of the group (mamamoo) because she thought Moonbyul also vocalist ( like lead vocalist ). If you are new mamamoo fan or casual listner, i just want to say that Moonbyul already experienced more one Lead vocalist ( but i believe she also experienced the main vocalist) and Leader of her past group before we have mamamoo. ( she has group before with Wheein which is Moonbyul is the leader and Wheein is the Maknae ) She also studied in SM academy as Vocalist in many years she more vocalist than rapper, Her Rapper trainee only have less than 1year

I really love watching Mamamoo's part changes. All their songs still sound just as good but the difference in voices grants different feels to each songs which is quite refreshing. Part changes also really show off their vocal talent as seen they can do each others' part with their own style but not compromising the quality. I really hope there will be more part changes featuring the whole Mamamoo.

This is honest to goodness the best flex any kpop group can make. The main vocal doing the main rapper's part and the main rapper doing the main vocal's part and THEY'RE BOTH SLAYING EVERY SINGLE SONG SWITCH. Like it could be the actual song/voice/arrangement

i am so impressed with Moonbyul's vocal range. she can get so low and high, sounds greating rapping and singing! Solar killed it like always too! I loved hearing her do Lunatic!!

No but it's so amazing how Solar's song sung by Moonbyul felt different (IN A GOOD WAY) and the same thing happens when Moonbyul's song sung by Solar. Idk if they rehearsed it first or not but I love how they complimented each other's performances! They HARMONIZED like it's just how they do it regularly!! This is why each member of MAMAMOO will always stay relevant bcs after all, they are REAL PERFORMERS who sings with their MICS ON. AND I LOVE HOW THEY INCLUDE MAMAMOO'S SONGS ASDLKALSK ngl they both have many great solo songs to flex here and yet they decided to include mamamoo in it... This somehow tells me that mamamoo as a group is not just business partners but actual family.
