Hey Marlon. A townhome? Ok. Kitchen looks spacious. First bedroom is big. Bath right there. Lovely open concept. It’s almost like a extended wainscoting. Did I see a pool? Omg. Each unit has their own mini-pool? Large lanai. This is nice. 1/2 bath right outside. Amazing. Don’t like wet in my home. The primary is spacious. Large shower. The en-suite a little small but enough. Large loft area. Nice bath. Next bedroom with en-suite. 🙌🏼. One of the best townhomes I’ve ever seen. They need more townhomes that are 1-story. Very very nice. Thanks much and see you next video.

Can't say i've seen a 1 story townhome. I have seen them where the primary suite is downstairs but not all single. Appreciate the feedback as usual!

HOA on townhomes are around $500 per month but it covers all the maintenance to the exterior of the property and also includes TV and Internet and trash pickup.
