I lived for a year and a half every single day with the EcoFlow Delta2 with an extra battery and 400w solar panels. I still have it as a back up. Recently, you and I hooked up a 200ah battery with a Renogy 40A charge controller and BougeRV 2000w inverter with 400w solar panels. That is now my main system. I watch tv every night, run 2 small refrigerators, a microwave and air fryer! Love it! Your information is always helpful! Great breakdown of all the different types of systems and appliances that can be used off a simple solar system!

I have 2 solar panels 120w on wheels for charging my power stations. Will buy 1 more and install so i get 360w. I have multiple power stations and tested on my channels. Will do a video on my solar panels soon thanks to you 👍

I have my inverter and batteries on a covered porch , but still in the cold. Any suggestions on how to keep my system warm? SP. Yes, I know I can hook up a space heater! I just did not want to draw electricity from my house. Then, I thought I could hook up to my inverter, a space heater . However,this would pull from my batteries. Just thinking out loud. Thanks.

You can get 12 volt heating pads on amazon that only use 12 watts. Put the batteries in an insulated box with one of those and it will keep them above freezing.

i have a question if your off grid why use all of these electric cooking gadgets and not use your wood stove and use propane stove the things you need to power using electric are the things like refrigerator and freezer and if you need ac for your cabin as far as cooking a meal is concerned its a lot more efficient to use wood or propane

Solar cooking is completely free power. Propane and wood costs money.

Sometimes different areas have either propane or butane shortages. And as others have said, power to recharge from the sun is free (or low cost to purchase components).

What size would you say would run a cpap for 6 to 8 hrs..?

A regular CPAP uses 30-60 watts so I would get one of the mid sized with at least 700Wh of capacity and at least 200 watt solar panel.

You can find good used panels cheap on craigs list. A 100ah marine deep cycle is around $100 at O'Reilly. Get a cheap PWM controller from Amazon.
