I have the solar power bank, and use it all the time. They are made by a company called BLAVOR, and it is a great unit. It also has an Apple Lightning Charging Port.

You should be able to charge a hand-held jump-starter on one of those. I charge my hand-held jump-starter in the same multi-USB AC device that I use to charge my phone and iPad.

Always thought those built in solar panels were a gimmick and for the most part they are but. I have e camp lantern that has a solar panel on top and it just stays topped off on the windowsill, same with an small emergency radio. But on larger batteries I think you would be better off using a larger panel like that 10w or higher to charge them via solar.

The built in panels take a long time to charge but a 10 watt panel can charge up a bank pretty fast.

Looks like 5v/2a input and that 10 watt solar panel is 5v/2a max output. That is pretty standard for all USB devices.
