But, joking apart, Emma delivers her message very effectively and as a Solax customer I like to keep up to date with their products and hope the company enjoys a successful future - if only to ensure continued support for my current stable. As a suggestion, prompted by a comment elsewhere by Dalibor, remember that viewers here will often be customers and installers from around the world and may well use English as a second language. Emma's delivery is probably just a shade too fast for them - and for people like me who are just a bit deaf (and old) and 'processing' speech becomes more difficult.
