​@realtormandylou the floors aren't what I'm posting about. The kitchen is dated. I remember having a kitchen like that in the late 80s early 90s. The counter tops may be new, but the cabinets are not

Mandy Wheeler.... why would you price this house so high? Realtors always overprice houses because the SELLERS think in their mind it's worth it. You obviously KNOW it;s overpriced but you told the seller YES we can list for 650k. They will fire you when you price it correctly.

Jay, you’ve been watching me for awhile, yeah? Do you have no faith in me? I price things after spending a massive amount of time looking at comparables in the area. Homes in this neighborhood and in this condition with in-ground pools are selling for 650k+. I don’t expect you to know the intricacies of my local public market, and because of that reason exactly, I ask you to not comment in a negative way about my profession and experience of home prices in my market. @@realtormandylou I will keep watching this house listing then to see it sell for 500k or less. Then hopefully you will still reply. Realtors will do and say whatever it takes to get the client to sign on the dotted line. Even if you KNOW it's overprices. People don't know this but now they do. Sorry you can't take the criticism.

I don’t expect you to know the pricing of my local market, as I do not know yours and would never make a comment on it.
