Like many area lakes, lots of effort put into keeping them that way @discovery781. USDA soil and water conservation grants to protect against erosion, protecting the fish loon duck all kinds of wildlife habitat. Lots of Pleasant Lake (Pond) is in T4 R3 an unorganized township. 😀

Where I live in Maine there are 11 people per square mile. In NJ you have 1000 people per square mile. And you find algae bloom, milfoil is say Lake Hopatcong. The clarity and water quality is not the same and Maine waterfront prices way lower, the lake way way cleaner, less crowded.

If I understand correctly, 12 and 14 Lougee Lane can be purchased as one or both. Are they owned by one person or entity? If they are owned by one entity, and if you purchase both, can the price be reduced as a whole for both? Is there an HOA or something that covers the properties? I notice that there is one driveway, is it co-owned or one property only has a right of way to it? The properties are exceptional in a way and ideally the prospective buyer can afford to buy both but there might be a problem if the buyer can afford to only buy one property..

Yes...same owner. Buy the package. If 12 Lougee Lane sells first. Then 14 Lougee Lane can be bought by itself otherwise ideal family compound pair of Maine waterfront property listings. Only you use paved driveway connecting these two. Just off year round road.
