Yes, Froze my **S off that day.....I hope you guys had a great trip up the Bay and North! Sometimes you got to just have to take her home buy water in January! That Regal 35 Sport Coupe was warmer underway than that day trying to fit it on the trailer and more fun! Gotta love an Enclosed Sport Coupe. I should have another one coming soon to my Listings.

@Bruce B Hewitt I have pictures and videos of this boat from 5/1/2020 when I went to buy this boat and the owner of the marina told me it hadn't been touched in 2 years and had been sitting outside and we took the cover of and it had 6 inches of water standing on top the carpet in the cabin got the motors fired up ran really rough was probably because of the old fuel one motor had a bad neutral safety switch the other had a bad oil pressure sensor and wrap was starting to pill of engine compartment was nasty and when the man that owned it got there would even come down on the price any so I left and drove 4 hours back home and before I got home he took the for sale ad down and the ecms are going to show more hours then that also

@@stevehurdle8447 Yes Steve, at that time the boat likely needed some help I am sure. That was before I Listed it. Seller took the sign off of it as he was probably as disappointed as you were with the prep and maintenance of the boat at that time. It is always a challenge to keep up on a boat cosmetically and mechanically. You need to be managing the vessels condition ALWAYS as a Seller. Although, Boaters ARE very busy people it seems. The boat in its present sold condition had much work and money put into it pre-market. Before and during my listing it. New Wrap by Illusions Graphics Va. , Full clean up and detailing top to bottom. Owner had Compression Checks done. Small things fixed as they appeared when running it the boat in the past few seasons and more. The computers were scanned by techs and at Survey. The ECM's showed some error 10,000 hour plus number on one engine (obviously a false reading and not as uncommon as I thought) and a 270 - 280 hours reading on the other. The correct hours... as the 496s were replaced with more "robust" HP 500's as a pair a few years back. For My Sellers.....this is a great lesson on how to prepare your Boat for sale. AND..... not disappoint Buyers who travel from some distance. Performance boats have even more complex power plants. This boat actually went to California. As a Broker, Much of my work goes beyond just marketing the Boat/Yacht. I am often involved in the pre-market readiness and inspection of the Vessel. Often it is the Buyer, pass on this one, items that are overlooked but important to address. SELLERS!....Little things you can live with are annoying things to Buyers. Even the small things! And as Boaters we should all understand what it takes to keep a boat in great condition whether Selling or just enjoying It.
