C7 is a good motor with a few upgrades to the fuel pump a special inline filter needs to be put in and is hard to get to but cat makes a kit horsepower wise they arnt going to win any races .with that 6 speed if you keep it around 65 mph they do get pretty good fuel milage but 70+ not so good

Then I wouldn't use them. I have seen SOME inspectors (not all) with out of town clients they never meet spend a whole whopping 5 minutes in the coach and just crank up the motor and generator , take a few photos and send a customer a impressive looking report just to collect an easy pay day. That's why I recommend the prospective buyer be there with the inspector to make sure they are getting there moneys worth if possible.
