My 2004 SL600 V12 twin turbo Renntech has 775HP and 840 Ft-Pounds Torque. Super car, LoL. It is way, WAY too powerful.

I owned on r129 ,very nice car ,,but an r230 blows it away. The interior r230 is classy, r231 it's got technology overkill and different materials then the wood classy look! The outside is a matter of taste but I preferred the outside of the R230 , r231 looks like a spaceship.. The performance of the R2 31 for outweighs the performance of the R2 30. I feel like the r129 was based upon the comfort, and r230 perfect mix of comfort and sportiness, and r231 is a pure sports car

I have one of these but I am scared to drive. It's a 2004 and has only 50K miles. When breaks its costly. I had a Porsche 996 I was driving that car as if its a Camry. I hit the bottom and cracked the oil pan, engine seized, totaled the car. I mist my Porsche. SL is a nice and heavy cruiser, Porsche was more sporty and faster and gave me more satisfaction. I am hoping to buy a Turbo one day or why not a Turbo S? :))

@@jrh2095 - both cars get Shell Nitro 93 octane. The Merc has a 21gal. tank. The other a 16gal. tank. The Sonata has 123k miles on it and is well maintained in all the mechanicals and exterior. The upgrades on the Sonata at 121k miles includes: New hyper silver Monte Titano rims(look like HRE's P101's), new Yokohama's Avid Acsends, Eibach springs all around(lowered 1inch), new Bilstiens all around.

@@jrh2095 - I drove the 550 from San Antonio to Corpus Christi (125miles) on a full tank @ 80mph (cruise control) and arrived with 3/4's of a tank. The car was on auto (transmission) and it has 7 gears. So thats highway miles. I waste more gas on manual mode (paddle shifters) if I weave in and out of traffic and keep the rpms high during heavy traffic. So it all depends on your driving style.

everything well said, but raising hight button is a hydrolic ABC not airmatic, and S for gearbox button doesn't stand for sport
