Love this townhouse, especially the bathrooms. For a few thousand, i would remove the downstairs bedroom to make living, dining, kitchen open plan. Upstairs it's able to get 3 bedrooms and probably utility. Really good value.

This is beautiful, and the neighborhood is so charming! Thank you for showing us. Could you start to show the ceilings in all the rooms please. I think many people are interested in the ceiling heights. The upstairs room seemed to have a massive ceiling and then the mezzanine looked light it might even have had a skylight, but we didn’t get to see any of that. I would love to see ceilings in your next videos. Thank you!

These town houses are all very dark but seem to be designed to be as cool as possible. I hate the front door on the street concept altho I have lived in one home like that & once inside with the door closed you don't think about it. This is a lot of home for the price, so it's a good buy with lots of potential. Renovating would be just what you could afford rather than a necessity.

Yes, when you live in historical town centers is a bit of a trade off but on the other hand is also the beauty of it, those communities are great and you get neighbors that are friendly and want to speak with you, so for that is convenient

modern buyers will need to know how many electric outlets, where are the lights, and what electrical loads each outlet/room/floor can bear. Nothing worse than having extension cords running everywhere just to fire up the computer and printer.

Mmm, in Italy it's ok generally to have up to 1kw from one single outlet. Induction Kitchen hobs only require a special type of connection and a large cable. In any case, anything is easily adjustable! Thanks for commenting

There are larger car parks nearby and then... Workforce!! :) we also have smaller vehicles called "ape" which fit those streets. Do not worry, we find a way!

Well, Collecorvino is not really depopulating, if you check in Wikipedia you can see population actually increased. Hospital are good, you have them in Pescara, Chieti, Giulianova, Teramo and Ascoli.

Transportation is also good, mainly with busses and when you reach the coast you have high speed trains that connect both north and south

Hi, Mia Madre was Italian from Brittoli, 20 mins from Pescara. I go to Italy every year. I rented an apartment in Pescara for a month last year. I am from Canada I have been looking at homes in Italy for a while. I am divorced and my adult children live and work in Canada. So I am a woman alone. I love that this property is so well maintained. I did not want to start renovating. Does this home have 2 bedrooms and one bath? I would probably need transportation or bus service, I have also used the train I speak some Italian, but when I'm in Italy my Italian improves.
