Love the house, but hate all the grey. I would have to change the cabinets in the kitchen at least. I could live with the grey tile floor, but would have to get slipcovers made for the furniture and the table and chairs painted.

Why would you not just add the bond balance to the purchase price? One more monthly payment that you do not need to worry about. Does this bond include property taxes? Is this bond tax deductible? What is the expected annual property taxes on these homes? How is this calculated? 1 percent of the purchase price + $1000 for schools and fire and police?

Are you allowed to have a double wide shower in which you have a shower valve and shower head on each end of the shower, so that couples can shower together? Some local building authorities wont let you have that because they think you are going to waste water.

Is this a new home? I see that there is some fencing around the property. I am trying to understand if the developer installed that on all the houses, or the homeowner did this on their own. I want fencing if I am going to install a hot tub, so I can walk to and from the hot tub naked.

As far as I know, you are not allowed to add fences, just bushes if desired for privacy.

I did watch, that’s why I’m asking. When you listed the bond for 21K, you also listed an annual bond fee, and CDD. My question was around the annual bond. Is this what you’d pay annually towards the21K, or something else? Thx

Robyn you need a photographer to film while you show. I’m dizzy. Understand why the owners placed Trellis in front of abutters side yard window. Why does TV’s put that in? You pay big $$ for courtyard privacy and they stick that transom window in bedroom that looks onto your yard!

$300 per square foot when the average is closer to $250. New with quartz is less.

New is about 5 miles South of this location too. You cannot use an average unless comparing homes that are the same size and style.

@@Robyncavallaro I was comparing the average price on resales which is across TV and that was in the 250 to 260 range. I saw one resale 2 BR Courtyard near Spanish Spings with Granite and nicely updated, birdcage at about 270. It was not furnished but that would not justify the $30 extra considering the finishes. The market has come back to earth a bit. In a few years the south will be the middle anyways, lol.

Also what is the bond balance? That really needs to be part of a buyers consideration. New in the south will carry a higher bond and buyers do need to consider that too.
