Wow, awesome property--you really can't be any closer to the water than you are here. Bet the views in late spring, summer and fall are amazing out on to the lake. Question: next to the house, is that your own private launch/landing down to the lake, or is that for public use? Hopefully, that is part of the property--if that is for public use, it would be busy in the summer months with people launching their boats. Wonderful presentation--thank you!

Most lots seem to be hilly and you put in and take out at Butterfield or Greenland Cove landing with boats.
