This house has the very best use of space I have ever seen in any of these fantastic mansion viewing videos (and I’ve seen a lot!). The decor is debonair, and the architect/s deserve all the praise they receive for making the most out of every inch - it isn’t just a massive house with huge rooms and unused space - I would honestly take this house over some of the $500,000,000 mansions I have seen - Beautiful home, great video.

I think I found my dream winter getaway house. I've watched some of the most expensive mansion tours on KZbin ($500 million and more), and this house I'm the most in love with. The design, the light, the wood features, just everything: superb. I say that as someone who likes modern designs: a lot of them end up looking cold, sterile, and dark. This property is so bright, and cozy, yet nice and cool.

I love this video, you take your time explaining things and it's a nice relaxed pace. It would be really cool if you started this video at the fire place or another feature of the home that highlight the property for example, then had the intro and start from the outside as normal, that could be your own 'touch'. Also a reflector would make those cabinets and low level features light up for the camera ;) I hope that helps :)
