I really like the layout of this boat, and love the color scheme inside, soft greens & blues always get to me (my Aquarius streak!), altho the rusty red outside paint is unattractive !

Great boat name for a lawyer or pr person etc The price of the boat might appear steep but it won't put off a buyer who likes the layout of the boat

Why do these people keep selling these boats after just a couple of years , is it the lifestyle not suiting or what ? after all it, s a hell of an expense , then making a loss

Many likely want to see the UK by narrow boat but can not make a life out of it. Perhaps they moved on to the continent and are caravaning around. I as an American would love to spend two years exploring the UK.by narrow boat.

Too many people go into this lifestyle with eyes wide shut, it is not a simple life, reality bites soon enough hence boats being back on the market after 1 year or so.

My plan is to buy a narrowboat and cruise England for a couple of years, then sell it and buy a widebeam which is more suited to the rest of Europe, and spend 5 -10 years touring across the channel.

david beckett Many people change boats after the first couple of years, they have more ideas about what they would like in their own perfect boat. Others up or downsize. When you consider there are roughly 35,000 licensed boats on the canals in the UK the turnover is actually surprisingly low.
