The whining sound is typical when the locking differential (and rear axle) has upgraded rigid/uniball mounts. Gearbox should be the standard DCT unit with optimized mapping for smoother and faster shifting for racetrack use.

Differential is solidly mounted to the read subframe. It’s vibrations are transferred as noises in the cabin.
