I'm so happy Larry has his own show now. After finding Hoonigan and loving Larry's enthusiasm for photography (DTT248 is the episode that really did it for me), I decided to buy a camera and I've been shooting every car event I could go to in the Tri-State since. Managed to eventually get a media pass from the boys at Club Loose and I've been shooting every event there so far. I've met so many cool people and it's been such a positive experience in every way. What a cool series! Can't wait for season 2! The obvious place to go is Japan, but I feel like this series is a good way to show off car culture in different countries/continents. As a Dane I feel like I have to go to germany a lot more in the summer, but it'll have to wait until my Mk2 Jetta is finished in some years time. The predecessor to that Megane Hatch, the R26.R lapped in the low 8minutes, in stock form. Although the Nordschliefe is a power track, it shows what can be done with relatively low power figures (around 260hp @ crank) and that it's not just about having a big number dyno queen.

Alot of people in the UK take the engines and gearboxes out of those Meganes and put them in Mk3 Clio RS's, which is the Meganes little brother - smaller and lighter. Awesome cars
