Nice modern house but ugly fence around the pool. I can see that very often in Aussies houses. Is there any law to enact that?

Unfortunately yes, all pools have to be enclosed with a 1.2m high fence, gate needs to be self closing, etc. it’s ugly, it completely jeopardises the outside flow but they claim it save children’s from drowning.
