*EDIT* So it seems that a lot of you want the notes for this version. Unfortunately, since this video was made I have forgotten the notes. I don't have a piano, so I cannot try playing by ear to get the notes. Also, I learned to play this by ear, meaning I have absolutely NO CLUE how to read notes! I'm really sorry guys!
This song was written by the talented Paola Bennet
"I think it's a pretty solid consensus that Nico di Angelo needs to be given cookies and wrapped in a blanket. And, I thought, who better to comfort him than his big sister? This is a song for all their years surviving together, for his years alone, and for his (hopefully) coming years surrounded by friends. This is a lullaby from Bianca to Nico, her soldatino."
/ s. .
I don't play the piano, nor do I speak Italian, but I was determined to learn this beautiful song, so I sat down yesterday and did so. I messed up a few times in this recording, but as I had tried recording it multiple times before, I decided to just go with it. I learned it by ear, so the chords aren't exact, but I did my best.
Soft lullaby singing isn't my forte, and my voice doesn't do it well- but again, I did my best. Any feedback would be very appreciated.
Thank you :)

Lyrics:
close your eyes; i know what you see
the darkness is high, and you're in ten feet deep
but we've survived more terrible monsters than sleep
and you know i will be here to tell you to breathe
tu sei il mio soldatino (you're my little soldier)
la ragione per cui vivo (the reason i live)
non ti scordar di me (don't forget me)
io veglierò su di te (i'm watching over you)
stumbling lost; the last choice of all that you meet
it's the cost of ruling those 'neath your feet
paths you've crossed, and trust you're trying to keep
you're exhausted, listening for a voice that can't speak
(ma nico, mio caro)
tu sei il mio soldatino (you're my little soldier)
la ragione ho vissuto (the reason i lived)
non ti scordar di me (don't forget me)
io veglierò su di te (i'm watching over you)
so you run; through shadows you roam
seams undone by the love you thought you could own
but he's just one of many that you might call home
and maybe someday, the bitter will fade from your bones
eri il mio soldatino (you were my little soldier)
ora un principe oscuro (now, a dark prince)
ma anche per te, c'è una luce (but even for you, there is a light)
che ad un'altra vita ti conduce (that leads you to another life)
(also if you read the pjo and hoo books and you want to fangirl with me than YAS DON'T HESITATE TO DO SO)
