Solder paste and hot air ;-) You really don't gain a lot doing these smalls components by an iron

Am going to go for my ipc610 when things are safe and open again, I had problems in getting a space on a course even before the coronavirus disaster as they are always booked a year ahead here and spaces are hard to get onto.

The temperature where the solder easily melts at; lead solder requires the most heat while lead free solder requires a less melting point in temperature.
