How to Assemble the Sole E35 Elliptical part 1

This video made me build the Sole Elliptical E25 2019! Although some parts are different, most of the hard stuff is identical. Yes, you can use this video for e25 or e35 2019 with few differences. In all cases thank you very much for this video! I bought the machine and when I saw instructions I was in panic. They were highly technical and quite in-comprehensive. The manual is a complete fiasco in other words! I called an assembly company and they take more than a month to get an appointment. For a minute I was stuck! I watched these videos few times and they got me off the ground! It took me 4 hours to build but it was a life savior! Thank you again!

These are great elliptical machines, you get a good workout in little time. I’m usually done in 16 minutes. Smooth as well.

This is still mostly applicable in Sept 2021. Got one off their website, it was a great sale vs the big box stores I was seeing it at. Like almost a 1000 less. Took me and my wife about 2.5 - 3 hrs to assemble, the hardest parts were some of the wiring harnesses, and plastic covers/cupholder. We pulled out maybe a little too much through the main pipe and it was hard to put back in. We kind of put some of the excesses through the middle hole in the computer / display mounting plate, everything seems to work fine. Great machine. I've used it twice so far, at moderate intensity in our carpeted bedroom. I'm 6'6'' 285. Never felt uncomfortable. Super silky stride, and didn't hurt my back or previously torn MCL knee. My wife could barely hear it with the TV in the next room, unless the incline was changing, or the machine was beeping from user input (which we've since turned off). Don't expect much from the fan, but it's nice to have. The Tablet holder works great even with the thick case my wife has on her iPad.

Although I’m getting a different Sole model, the setup is very similar to that of this video. I believe that this series of videos will be very helpful and will save me a lot of time in my own setup. Thank you!

On step one the washer should be on the nut side of the incline rail assembly, not the outside

Which way do I face the teeth on the star washers? Facing the flat washer or contact with the frame? ;(

Hi Jess, the star washer teeth are to be faced into the frame.

Will this be useful for E95 installation? The only video available is completely useless.

Hi Derek, The installation for the E95 and E35 are very similar.

I just received my E35, should I try to slide the entire boxed unit down the basement stairs or should I unpack piece by piece?

If u can get the whole box down get it..I had to climb up a floor and the wheel and pedals are a single unit making it very difficult to pickup

I had to open in my garage and take all down in pieces. The final main piece is heavy and awkward to move. Be careful
