@@basicsurfer08 This is a big machine. I'm 5"10 and I can run no problem on it. Plus the apps are good youtube spotify etc. saying that it was a family effort to get it up the stairs🤣.it is heavy just the base track and workings. simple to put together. Only thing i'm not all impressed about it the fans I would have like more adjustment on them. But I ould defo recomend you try to get a shot of one if you can. Or if your in Scotland give me a shout you can certainly try this see how it fits your style.
