Ask ko lang sir, if i have my all business permits and just new registered anyway and i havent regjsterd yet in BIR because i want to make it a corporation, so i start from the top na naman po?

Yes you need to start from the top talaga if from sole prop to corp. And I think before you get the business permit, you need to register muna in BIR.

Technically, you can't convert to SEC. Kailangan start from scratch ang process.

You don't have to close your DTI I think. Yung important na iclose if you're not operating na is in BIR kasi may penalty if you're not filing anymore.
