For this year’s Art Basel festival in sunny Miami, Florida local retailer SoleFly will be releasing two collaborative versions of the Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG. The more available of the two versions helps debut SoleFly’s brand new logo on its lateral heel while sporting the iconic color scheme of the locally revered Miami Hurricanes.

Since when has off white had a history of jordan collaborations... emphasis on the plural. Off white as of 2018 have only designed 1 jordan 1 with 3 or 4 diffrent colorways. PSNY, OVO, trophy room, solefly and Eminem. Yes the rapper, have used other jordans other than the J1 over several years. Happily take some custom mache over any offwhite any day.

These sneakers are the rarest release... so the shoes release only at the Art Basel Miami and will not see a world release. Only people copping these are those quick enough to queue and living in the area. Resell on these is gonna make off-white look cheap.

University of Miami's colors are from the Florida orange tree. Green for the leafs, white for the blossoms, orange for the fruit. I'm guessing it's a nod to the fruit of the state and the local University.
