I don't want to spoil anyone here, but if you haven't read the manga then this is a spoiler alert. Ehem. The tea cup has the Tea Tea Fruit, like how weapons can have zoan type fruits. This cup of tea has the Tea Tea Fruit and it can make as much tea as it wants for Brook. This forshadows later on with Fujitora the purple admiral with his gravity sword. PS: Don't take what I said serious... haha...
