Harriet -_- Not really. Vegans don’t eat meat nor foods that come from animals like eggs, milk and other dairy products. Vegetarians just don’t eat the meat itself but do consume milk, eggs etc. It’s much easier to go from vegetarian to vegan if your transitioning rather that strict vegan from the get go because veganism is 100% plant base
