SOLID BUBBLE BATH ICE CREAM SCOOPS
This recipe has made its way around the facebook bath bomb and soaping groups, it is a basic recipe that you can adjust to suit your needs.
ingredients:
Baking soda - any grocery store
Cocamidapropyl Betaine (Amphosol CG) - tinyurl.com/yy...

Green apple fragrance oil - tinyurl.com/yy...
Please test all colourants and fragrance oils before use, not all products are made for use in a bath. reliable suppliers should have a detailed usage information document for each product.

The measurements really depend on your areas humidity. The basic recipe is 2cups BS, 1/4 cup CocoB and 1 tbsp COT. You will have to experiment :). Thank you for watching.

Hi and thank you for watching! Yes they do dry hard but they are not solid like if you used a hard oil or butter. I make these for kids, and the appeal of them is that they can crumble them easily under running water. :)

I find the bubbles created by CocoB last about 30 minutes. The bubbles are large airy and more playful. If you want a more luxurious lacy bubble you really need some SLSA in the recipe. Thank you for watching :)

Does the recipe still work with out SLSA also was that 2 tablespoon or teaspoon for the fragrance oil.

Yes it does work with no slsa, the coco b is the bubbling agent in this recipe :) I used 2 tsp in this video, I was making a double batch though. Also the usage rate rules have changed since I made this video so please check your fragrance suppliers safety data for the fragrance you will be using. You dont have citric acid inyour receipe. Is because you are using coco betaine. Going to try your receipe.

Citric acid isn't needed in a bubble bath that has to be dispersed under running water :) And yes the coco B and citric acid would not work well, the mix would activate. I make these Scoops for my customers who have children, it is a basic bubble bath. Have a look at my other bubble bath video for a more luxurious bar, maybe you can get some recipe ideas :D Thank you for watching!
