Buy another one. Seriously though, what do you mean? Did you point it at a target? The moon, for instance? Well, that will be a white bright circle... but should be recognizable. If a star, are you using low magnification (as you should) - 20mm or so eyepiece.

@@whiperis560 what kind of white circle? Big? What you should be seeing when pointing it at stars is small, bright dots. Do this. Put in a small eyepiece (that means a big mm number, so 20 or higher). Make sure to remove the whole cover (not the small circle which untwists, but the whole plastic circle covering the front of the telescope. Point that towards a constellation, or any set of bright stars, and FOCUS on the area by twisting the knobs next to the eyepiece. You should be seeing a sharp image. If not, it could be that your mirror moved perhaps? That would require you to recalibrate it into position.

As the name suggests, this is rather a toy, not a telescope...

You’d be surprised. This model seems to be a generic one (well many are, even amongst the big boys) running under different brands. With mine I managed to see Jupiter clearly with four moons. Well, Jupiter itself wasn’t clear at all: just a bright big sphere. Saturn not too shabby. Moon was fine, though quality of eyepieces leave a lot to be desired. Quite blurry image - then again it was a full moon, not ideal. Focusing issues with high power - this can’t handle much. Otherwise, quite sharp. With proper usage, ideal conditions and perhaps an upgrade in eyepieces, one can take this for a spin around the skies. I mean, it’s a Newtonian, so design wise it’s not rocket science. Quality materials matter, but as a light gathering device it’s ok. But yeah, this mostly serves to whet the appetite.
