Solid Weekly Family Grocery Haul All Free From the ALDI Dumpster!

I found 30 packs of still cold salmon in our Aldi dumpster, almost $350 worth. I was able to share with 2 other families. Everyone said it was really good. I love watching the videos to see what you find. I often feed my family of 7 for free. It is amazing what is thrown away!

Frugal mommy, I watched a video today I want to share the information with you. Place the potatoes you are going to plant in some dirt, cover with more dirt, and lightly water. Let sit and grow for 5 days and then pull out the dirt. Cut into pieces with the roots on it and put some of the dirt on the new cut places. Let dry for a few minutes, and plant in a mound of dirt. Cover and sprinkle with egg shells on top. Let grow until they start dieing down. And then harvest the potatoes!

Back in the day, folks seemed to bring baskets in the front door then take them out the garage door for garage sales and many were free. I used to have a bit of a collection which I used as planters. I often lined them with some torn up sheeting or other fabric and they lasted a good 2 to 3 years.

Great haul. Where will u fit it all. Is ur extra freezer as big as a refrigerator? Hopefully the ppl u give items to take a good amount. The small cucumbers r great for bringing into pickles. U have the jars. Takes 1/2 hour to make pickles. Those r the perfect size, but they wouldn’t last in my house either if there was a dip nearby. 🤣🤣👏👏

Artisan lettuce is the only one I buy. It is now six dollars for four but I still buy it. there is no waste. I put some water in the bottom of the container and it keeps fresh in the fridge.

With your watermelon, put it in a pan of hot oil,. If you put in the rind take it out when the oil is red and watermelon flavored, then pop popcorn in it. GREAT

Save the pickle brine from your favorite pickles, wash and put those baby cucumbers in the brine. They will pickle. Make sure the cucumbers are Completely covered. Can only reuse the brine once.

Mix rosemary, garlic, salt and pepper with the ground lamb, form into patties, and grill. Easy peasy. Serve with mint jelly if you are mint jelly types of people.

He had 4 until I made friends with a WONDERFUL lady and she just can't stop spoiling him. I love egg plant s, dipp them eggs flour spices and fry.. Egg plant lasagne with ground beef topped with cheese!!! .. Pre fry and add in layers bake the oven.. So delicious 😍 Use the pre fried egg plant and layer in baking dish.
