You have to add many thousands of years more. The history of the indigenous peoples in the Americas is much, much older than a few thousand years. These so-called archaeologists just talk out of their asses as if they really know who built these cities (Maya did not even have the wheel) and what function of this or that particular structure served. I believe the Maya inherited these cities from a lost antediluvian culture.
