Where are you getting all your crit from? Amulet, helmet, quiver and tree? Be willing to share your tree? Cheers, I'm struggling with flask charges as Tenk is but I'm using ingenuity. I have one of the 0.1 mana flask nodes but it's nowhere near enough.

Ive been using queen of the forest and corpsewade boots and am flying with 70% movement speed feels great for mapping and dmg is good as well.

How much life or ES do you have? I'd imagine that's very fast but probably limits your survivability to the point where bosses are pretty rough, right?

Yes thats exactly what's happening. If i do get hit (93% evasion atm ) i only have a 1700 life pool with a 600 es lol but it does go up with grim feast.​ ive been trying to find a way to get a larger es pool and life pool with the chest piece and boots. My gear is not that good. But am running 10 chaos trial consistantly@@Tenkiei

I don't think there's a way to make it good defensively, even with a mirror tier amulet, gloves and helmet you're gonna have low ES without a chestpiece. Especially because you can't evade a lot of boss attacks because they're AoEs. At a point you just kinda have to choose your build's specialization, do you want to be a really fast mapper? Do you want to kill bosses? Or do you want to give up a bit of power for each to be able to do both?

Unfortunately its not viable, i played with it until i hit 90, its good for leveling skill level doesnt go nearly as high as concoction, slow DoT damage as well, conction trades off radius of AoE for instant damage on hit, no cost of mana and much higher DoT damage because its based off the amount of damage dealt by it. I personally think i have better build then his but i am squishier sitting at 2500 HP including my ES, 80% ER with Acrobatics and easily kill Xesht in a matter of seconds using only half my charges, he missed some crucial key nodes on damage is why he cant do bossing

Do you think stacking poison damage is better than stacking critical attack / damage?

Poisonous Concoction only has 5% base critical strike chance, so it's a lot harder to scale crit. With much higher investment there might be some ways to do it, and I'll look into that, but you'd really want closer to 9% base critical strike chance, so you don't need 1000% increased critical strike chance to have a good crit rating.

@@Tenkiei i went with double crit chance on my quivers so both have 50%, one has 15% AS for clearing and one with 20% crit damage for bossing. Mostly crit damage nodes because the stack damage greatly, but with a few nodes to crit chance mixed in I'm around 30-33% crit with 400% quiver bonus. 250-300k dps but the on hit damage is 130k at the moment. 70% evasion with acrobatics and a 3k ES which is ok. 4k felt better. Just got all of the +1 to map boss atlas passives and I'm not quite enough damage to take down the map bosses consistently. So I'm curious how your build goes, I'm a bit stuck because I'm determined to be a juicey boss killer. I either need to pack on more damage or figure out the flash recharge situation

PoB said I have ~700k DPS which felt really good for most content. I did recently try a crit quiver and regardless of the sheet DPS it feels way worse to lose out on the attack speed.

@ absolutely, even though the attack speed is sorts fake damage for this build with limited charges, it's definitely super slow without any. Falcon technique passive for 1% AS per 15 dexterity is definitely needed with having any on the quiver. 700k is a nice number though so maybe full poison is the way to go

@@Whathappened875 if you have that much sheed dps you shouldn't struggle with any content. I'm doing xest with less paper dps. But I'm heavily debuffing him with eye of winter and the curse (I never remember the name) hitting about 1.5m with each pconc throw. But also know that crit + crit dmg is insane with this build because it uses unarmed for the crit dmg multi so it starts way high. Currently at around 1600% crit dmg and only 25% crit chance. It works wonders

I was using a weapon swap for gas arrow and then blasting bosses with pconc, tbh if your not stacking crit pconc will be kinda shit for the higher end content, gas arrow bow + quiver was like 3d and it works great solo, in parties it will require more investment. That being said if you go that route the lower side of your tree would be obsolete and for pconc since it's going to be used for single target /high prio targets you will want to go heavy into crit. Getting 150k+ sheet dps is not hard if you do that and to go over 200k-300k you will want to stat stack a bit and use howa

TBH, 150k+ sheet DPS sounds like an overinvestment. I'm pretty sure that even at 50k tooltip I would have killed Xesht before running out out of flask charges. At that point I'd rather invest into my defenses.

You could do that, but I think it's more cost effective to swap 4-5 nodes on the tree when tackling pinnacle content than use a weapon swap. The quiver/Widowhail combo can easily be the most expensive part of the build behind Prism of Belief so it doesn't make sense to double the cost for something you're not doing often imo.

I haven't tried setting up a weapon swap when the slot is sometimes empty, that's a good idea.

@@FreeHeeler100 what would you be speccing out of if you're speccing into points for flask recharge? Wouldn't the way to go about this be to enter the boss fight with a +70% charge flask at around 120 charges, have the 3 nodes for 18% mana flash charge reduction and blast the boss, and then spec out of some offensive nodes for set 2. Add recharge nodes, slap on a belt with 0.17 charges per second maybe even, and change the flask to a 0.25 per second flask. After getting all the flask recharge nodes use the remaining to boost your defense and just run around for a minute to get your charges back, then swap back and empty out charges hopefully finishing the boss

This is a good starter build but I strongly recommend you go crit instead of the poison route, it's a lot better, especially versus bosses. You already path around all the crit nodes anyway. Also by the way attack speed soul cores don't work for Pconc, the attack speed is local.

The Soul Cores are for Vine Arrow, not PConc. As for crit; I tried it a bit - it's bugged atm and I don't feel like making a build around a bug that's going to get fixed later so I'll be sticking to non-crit poison. I have plenty of poison DPS for bosses now and this version of the build should hopefully have more longevity as a result.

Off-hand crit is currently doubling in a multiplicative manner. I took the Throatseeker cluster (60% + 15% + 15%) crit damage. My main hand crit bonus was 190% but my off-hand crit bonus was 361%. (1 * 1.9 * 1.9). So after that I tinkered a bit more and found a setup that has enough damage to melt T4 Xesht while keeping the poison playstyle.
