Man, check hey again please. Even in the database you provided. Quick search and you can count it as 27:1 - and it's for grass probably, if there is some weeds like nettle or comfrey you go much lower in carbon. It's almost balanced.

Great info. In the case of food organic waste where there is a commingled of different sources of nitrogen, how would you do the calculation? Maybe can you show an real life example in how to do it?
