Solidworks Animation Tutorial Pipe Bending Machine Part 1/ 3

I tired this on my model but couldn't get the long stretch of pipe to slide so the end stays in it's spot. Any suggestions. I used the offset face move and it's not working. When creating the curve did were the points tangent or just concentric?

every time there is a change click rebuild or press crtl+Q. and make sure the external reference is active.
