At last! I was designing my first mold early this year and was wishing there was a detailed video just like this from you on core and cavity in solidworks.. took me a few hours to figure it out, but I got it done eventually.. even got some half decent production parts coming off it :)

How do you manually calculate the angle when doing the draft analysis so the required draft comes to zero? I have a similar rib design as well.
