What if I import this part into Ansys. I cannot define the cylinder and the coil as two separate entities ? I wants to define cylinder as a conductor and the coil as an inductor

You should be drawing the coil crossection on a new plane which is perpendicular to the helix and coincident with its starting point of the helix
