For some reason there is no database folder in my WOW64 location?

Your local vault view was installed only for the current user. Please look in the registry in: “HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\SolidWorks\Applications\PDMWorks Enterprise\Vaults\”your vault name” Change the information for the new server there .
