Great question! Actually this model already has a Nonlinear analysis tutorial written for it that is pretty similar to the one I show at the end of the presentation. Once you enable SOLIDWORKS Simulation, go to Help, SOLIDWORKS Simulation Tutorials, and look for “Nonlinear Analysis of a Clip Assembly” under the Simulation Premium category. This requires a seat of SOLIDWORKS Simulation Premium to walkthrough. I hope this helps!

How to check the load calculation for Pneumatic manipulators. In Pneumatic manipulator, we are using cylinders and eccentric load condition and adding counterweights.

This might be a difficult question to answer in a KZbin comment, but I think you will really want to have a look at SOLIDWORKS Motion. Try typing “SOLIDWORKS Motion manipulator” into KZbin search and hopefully this comes up with a few ideas for you. If you need something more detailed, probably best to post on the forum or contact your VAR if you have one.
