I am new to solid works can you please explain how to get the model to be shiny without yet adding an appearance mine has a very 2d appearance no shadows/reflection etc. thanks!

U need to have an excellent graphic card. if u have, real-view rendering function is automatically enabled.

You need a supported graphics card like a Quadro.

Not movable spring technically.... you changed the design to move thi spring... very bad... cheating....

it skips so fast some measurements :( my drawing didnt assembly that well. still good work tho.
