Hello sir, in the Outer Diagonal Design @ 35:35 you need to extrude 490mm and cut about 460mm, then the Hydraulic Cylinder will fit perfectly @ 1:11:19 because the same dimension is taken in Main Diagonal too. And also set the limit distance mate for the Hydraulic Rod from 65mm to 545mm. Thanks for the valuable tutorials. Kudos!

I found the problem. When you get to Solidworks corp folder, don't open it, right click, go to properties , then security tab , then edit permissions. highlight your username and check the first box Full control. It worked for me. Hope this helps,
