Thanks for your video. I have a question how to use "intersect" operation with U-shape like tunnel-only one planes and one solid? I got error "unable to crate this feature because it would result in zero thickness geometry" if try to intersect those two part.

Can you do this while designing the part to make sure that you design the part to have the required volume? This seems easy for basic shapes, but say you want to determine the mass flow rate of a tube of various diameters and shapes throughout. How could I make sure that I'm not limiting the flow rate of a liquid by making areas too slim?

So what IS the actual volume? You show how to create a solid representing the solid, but haven't completed the task specified in the title...
