While in sketch mode, if you hold CTLR and click the 2 things you want to connect (points, lines, etc) then let go of CTRL without moving your mouse after the 2nd click, the secret menu for relations pops up next to your mouse. Once you move your mouse it disappears. You can make it reappear by repeating the steps. If you already have the 2 things selected, you can also hold control and click one of them again, to de-select it, and once more to select it again. This way you don't need to select everything over again, just "unclick" and "click" your last item, and let go of CTRL without moving your mouse.

Why you didn't Fillet the desired edges on the main blade before circular pattern?
