When i try to 2D sketch the part, my belt doesn´t show up, so i can´t place a new plane on the belt. Do you have any solutions for that?

Belt create in 3d sketch is possible ?

You can use sweep feature for that . I am not sure that you can use belt feature for 3D sketch or not but i am sure you can make belt using sweep with 3D sketch
